COVID - 19
Due to Covid-19, the Butchart Garden's Art Gallery will not be opening for the 2020 season. However, they did manage to fit 4 Mini's and most of the Petri's in their Gift Shop which is currently open. If you are a local Vancouver Island resident, or you happen to visit the Gardens, you can view these in their Gift Shop. If you do not see the piece that you are interested in, please provide a staff member with the name of the piece that you want to see and if it is available, they will pull it out of storage where you can view it and make a purchase. If you can not visit the Gardens personally and you are interested in one of the Geode Mini's or Petri's on this site labelled "Purchase at Gallery" you can call the Butchart Garden's Gift Shop at +1-250-652-4422 with the name of the piece, and if it is still available, you can purchase via Credit Card over the phone and the Butchart Garden's staff will ship it to you directly. Please note that shipping rates apply and you can speak to staff for a price quote.

The gardens have thousands of visitors each day and almost a million visitors per year.
From December 8, 2020 to January 3, 2021, Charine's work will be displayed at

In November of 2019, Charine's work was featured by Luxuryresidence.ca after they received a tipoff from a friend who saw her work at the Sooke Fine Art Show. Luxury Residence likes to feature local Canadian artists and Charine was very surprised and pleased to be chosen. Check them out at www.luxuryresidence.ca to see some beautiful featured properties and other artists.
In July and August of 2019 Charine’s work was in the Sooke Fine Art Show which is an 11 day show with over 9000+ art lovers from Canada, the US and abroad. This was the Sooke Fine Arts 33rd anniversary and it is Vancouver Islands longest-running juried fine art show and the regions premier summer arts event. The show provides the opportunity for the finest artists from Vancouver Island and BC’s coastal islands to showcase and sell their work.
