Petri XVII

This petri is currently at the Butchart Gardens Art Gallery in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia, Canada.  Due to Covid-19 the gallery will not be opening for the 2020 season.  However, they did have room for these petri's in their Gift Shop that IS currently open.  If you are a Vancouver Island resident, or you happen to visit the Gardens, you can purchase any petri's that are still available from their Gift Shop between April 2020 and October 2020.  You will need to reference the name of the petri that you are interested in if you don't see it in their Gift Shop.  If you will not be visiting the Gardens and you are interested in any of the petri's that say "Purchase at Gallery" on my website, you can call them directly at +1-250-652-4422 to check stock or to order.  Please provide them with the name of the petri that you are interested in and they will ship it to you directly.  Shipping is extra, so please speak to them about their shipping rates.
 
This diptych style mini geode inspired piece is 12 X 12 and can be purchased either alone or with the 9 X 12 left half of the diptych.  This geode is done is a variety of greens, whites and silvers.  It has wrapped edges with real quartz crystals and green quartz crystals as well as holographic glitter mixed in with the fire-glass.
 
These 4" Round petri's can be displayed on a small plate holder as a piece of art on your mantel or they can be used as a coaster (no very hot liquids as Art Resin isn't intended for extreme heat tollerance), or used as a paperweight on your desk.  They are pretty to look at and they make great gifts.  They are made with sold resin and alcohol inks, and sometimes glitters or paints and pigments.
