Rose Coloured Glasses

This geode inspired mini was at the Butchart Gardens Art Gallery in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia, Canada from February 2020 - December 2020.  Due to Covid-19 the gallery did not open for the 2020 season.  However, they did manage to display four mini's in their Gift Shop at a time.  They had 12 pieces in total, but had no room to display them all due to the Covid restrictions and therefore the remaining pieces had to be returned to the studio, and most were never even displayed.  The remaining pieces are now available for purchase in studio.  If they are able to open for the 2021 season from April - October, new pieces will be in the gallery next year.
 
This 12 X 12 mini geode inspired piece is done in a light pinkish coloured pigment with wrapped edges with white and gold accents.  It has real quartz crystals as well as several stand alone stones of rose quartz, gold lines and some gold leaf on the edges.
